Kokka Ebino is a section 1 Large Decorative. Originating from Japan, this cultivar is stunning and very reliable. For large blooms, grow 2 - 3 stems per plant. Whilst you would normally grow 1 bloom per plant on a section 1, Ebino doesn't seem to have too much trouble producing multiple very large blooms.
