Shipping Policy
Shipping will be a flat of $25 for 20 cuttings. This is to make sure that cuttings can be handled with the right size packaging to accomodate.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to cancel or correct your order after it has been submitted, please let us know as soon as you can. We tend to ship quickly once plants are available and listed on the website.
Given that sending live plants is a tricky business, we cannot accept returns.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us by email as soon as you recieve/open your order and if there is an issue with your plants, please do send us photos so we can help you with resolving the problem and organise a refund for you.
We take as much care as we can to ensure that when we send your order out, everything is in order. But we know things can go wrong in the post so please do not hesitiate to contact us!
