Sale Update and Second Release Timings

Where does the time go?

I had a few loses with my first batch so I potted up what remained for my own stock and also for Chrysanthemum Society of Victoria Plant Sale.

I took a second batch on 18 August that are proceeding much better and tomorrow I'll be going through and counting stock ready to update the website.

I aim to finish those updates during the week by 5pm Friday (10 October) and will release the sale for purchases Sunday 12 October 6pm.

I'll also be reviewing shipping costs and will update the website accordingly so you can have certainty before you add to cart. This has been something weighing on my mind and will be my focus to clear up tomorrow.

I will be taking cuttings tomorrow 6 October for a second round sale. This will be cutting it a bit fine before I go to Japan in November but I think it'll be good to get some more out the door and over to you. Any that don't sell before I go will be potted up so I may have a local plant sale in late November if I have excess stock that are causing me anxiety to grow :)

When I return from my trip, I may consider a last batch for you to grow sprays but I am very conscious that as the temperature warms up it's very hard to keep moisture up to small plants.

Sorry things have taken so long, in Daylesford the plants can be a bit slower to get going than I would like but the plants are coming along well now so should be lots of stock for second round.
